The site aims at explaining in a simplified way the administrative organization of the Ministry,  the judicial organization of the Lebanese Courts, the judicial procedures applied and the administrative transactions of the Ministry and the Commercial Register.

The site presents also detailed information about the Lebanese Courts, their organization, their competences and their geographical locations and about the different Judicial Entities that supervise the judiciary and that provide social services to the judges.

The site offers valuable information about the persons of the legal sector (Judges, Lawyers, Public Notaries, Experts…). It displays detailed statistics about the courts and their productivity and many forms used at the Ministry.

The site describes also the projects for modernization in the Ministry and the Courts and also the conferences in which the Judges participate. It presents a list of the legal publications of the Judges. It offers electronic services to the judges, the jurists and the citizens and allows them to send proposals and comments to the Ministry.

The Lebanese Ministry of justice hopes that this website will provide the Lebanese citizens and the foreigners with the necessary legal information and legal guidance and that it will support people access to the Lebanese justice and that it will enhance rule of law, transparency and efficiency in the judicial work.
